I am a non-binary author writing under the pen name “Mae ​Elwyn.” I go by Mae and my pronouns are she/they. I write ​magical realism, fantasy, science fiction, and LGBTQIA+ ​fiction. I currently reside in the Midwest of the United States ​and have extensive education and experience in both creative ​and professional writing. I hold three degrees in creative ​writing including a doctoral degree.
